Subject: Are Hampton taxpayers paying any part of this Rx program/partnership with the National League of Cities?
To: <cstuart@hampton.gov>, <dtuck@hampton.gov>, <aleary@hampton.gov>

Dear Council Members,

If the taxpayers are picking up partial tab, then how much?

I think the Peninsula Tea Party, Republican Party, Libertarian Party members and EVERYONE else who resides in Hampton should be made aware of this program.

Your acknowledgment would be appreciated,

Jerry Farrow
