Robert -- From now until November 2012, we're going to do everything we can to spread the word about what President Obama and other Democrats are doing to help the middle class, seniors, and students -- and elect him to a second term so we can build on that progress. Our Hampton Roads office will be the home base for that work here, so we're breaking it in with a celebration this Saturday, December 3rd. Come out for food, drinks, and a chance to meet others who are part of this movement. We'll be joined by Congressman Bobby Scott. Here are the details: What: Newport News office opening Can you make it?Where: Newport News office 2712 Chestnut Ave. Newport News, VA 23607 When: Saturday, December 3rd 11:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Yes, I'll be there. I can't make it, but I'd like to donate to support offices like this. Four years ago, volunteers like you helped propel President Obama's campaign and this movement into history. Now we need to continue to build this campaign by bringing in more of our friends, family, and neighbors to support the President and other Democrats. That organizing happens on the streets, and the Upper Hampton Roads office will be one of the places where we come together to share and implement the strategies that drive this campaign. Help open the office in Newport News this Saturday, and learn about other upcoming opportunities to get involved: http://va.barackobama.com/Newport-News-Office-Opening Thanks, Ashley Ashley Baia Virginia State Field Director Organizing for America |
