The title company is stating the following:

 

It seems the account is no longer being serviced by BofA according to the automated system. Please ask the borrowers as they should have received some type of notification of the transfer of their loan to a different servicer. There will also be a new account number with the new lender.

 

Please advise.

Things we need for you to provide copies of:

 

·         Driver's Licenses

·         Social Security cards

·         Your current mortgage "Note" (All Pages – This can be found in the documents your title company gave you at your last loan closing. It is 3 Pages long usually and says "NOTE" at the top.)

·         Contact Information for your Homeowner's Insurance Agent, Name of Company & Policy #

·         Current mortgage statement (if two mortgages, send both statements)

·         2 months of current bank statements (All pages) & Letter of Explanation for any Deposits over $100.00
