Woof! It's time for the K-9 Karnival presented by Virginia Beach Parks & Recreation! Canine lovers and their furry friends are invited to Mount Trashmore Park for a tail-wagging day of competitions, demonstrations displays, giveaways and prizes beginning at 10 a.m. Free and open to the public, all dogs with up-to-date inoculations are encouraged to attend and bring their owners on leashes!
