The COS Workgroup Meeting on the Peninsula scheduled for next Thursday, 26 March, has been moved to Conference Room B (Second Floor) at the Hampton Main Library, 4207 Victoria Blvd, Hampton, VA.  See you at 7pm.  Space is limited so RSVPs are still requested.

COS Work Group Update

The first meeting of the Chesapeake Branch of the Tidewater COS Workgroup was held tonight at the Russell Memorial Library.  Although sparsely attended the meeting resulted in an agenda and way ahead.  The next meeting of this group will be Thursday, 16 April, location: TBD (somewhere in Chesapeake).  Mark your calendars and invite a friend, we have work to do.  In preparation for this next meeting you might want to read the attached document.

 

Those of you planning on attend the Peninsula WG meeting on 26 March: the location of this meeting has been changed.  It will now be held at GetReady! Emergency Planning Center, 11 West Mercury Blvd., Hampton, Virginia (www.getemergencyready.com).  The store is at the East end of the Langley Square Shopping Center.  The nearest cross-street is King Street.  If you live on the Peninsula or missed tonight's meeting, see you next Thursday 7pm at GetReady!

VPCCC Dues

Folks: Please see the attached roster – Unless I have it wrong, we still do not have your VPCCC dues – If I do have it wrong, simply reply and inform me. But otherwise, per our bylaws, our March meeting is the deadline for dues payment. So please reply regarding your intent to pay or, if you want to discontinue your support of our hobby, just let me know that too.

    You can either pay at our March meeting (Wednesday 25 March 7 PM at Wynne Ford) or send a check, made out to VPCCC ($10 for clubs and $25 for businesses) to our Treasurer Bob McKenzie at 114 Prince George Drive. Hampton, VA 23669-3604. But again, please reply with your intent.

    Bob will keep me informed so that I can update the roster
