Protect your Property Rights!

HB1450 should be pulled immediately! It is HB3202 from 2007 and promotes Regionalism,  establishing an unelected taxing authority as per Sustainable Dev./UN Ag21 guidebook. Chris Stolle NEEDS to encouraged by 100s in his district to ATTEND the Jan 14 Property Rights Briefing at the Capitol. Our property rights depend on our lawmakers understanding the terminology, goals and connections of S.D and UN AG21.
Invite to all 140 legis. attached and request to activist to help follows. Thanks for support. 100s of emails and calls need to be made NOW.

Concerned Property Owners,

A property rights briefing invitation was emailed to all Virginia Legislators, Candidates for 2013 election, Governor, Lt. Gov., and AG Dec 17th and reminder 28th. The response has been positive with some legislators saying either they or their LA would attend.  Please help as described below by sending an email &/or phone call to YOUR Delegate and Senator and Candidates for statewide races in 2013, encouraging them to attend this important and needed briefing.  This event is INVITATION ONLY. Please call or email if clarification needed. triciastall@gmail.com    757-897-4842

Dear Guardian of Liberty,
Thank you for your involvement in the Nov. 6 property rights victory in Virginia and congratulations! This 75% victory indicates this issue is of enormous concern to Virginians! While this is a step in the right direction to protect individual property rights, there are many forces, VACO, VML, VA's Planning District Commissions, Plan Virginia, City/County Planners Association, and United Nations, battling for government control of those rights. Are you aware over twenty-seven Pro-UN AG21 Bills were passed last legislative session, with a Republican controlled House and Senate?

As we have discovered, it is essential to understand the terminology, process, plan and connections of Sustainable Development & UN AG21 to properly engage in this battle to protect individual property rights. In truth, the hidden agenda behind sustainable development is so all encompassing; it is the single greatest threat to liberty and property in our lifetime.

Your help is NEEDED!  Donna Holt has graciously agreed to offer, by invitation only, all legislators, aides, and candidates for elective office an opportunity to learn facts that will prevent further erosion of our property rights.

Will you please let your Senator, Delegate, and Candidates for 2013 election know that you expect them to attend this IMPORTANT and necessary briefing? We cannot withstand property rights infringements as we experienced last session. Please email, call, distribute fliers, call your local radio/news stations, place ads, etc. to encourage your legislators' attendance. Please forward this to your contacts. This is an invitation only event. Invitations have been sent, email, to all 140 legislators, statewide office holders, and known candidates for 2013 election.

The briefing is on Monday, January 14, 2013 from 10:00 – 11:00 AM in the new wing of the Capitol Building, House Room 3.

Your help is essential and greatly appreciated. Please, please call your Delegate & Senator.

Virginia Beach Delegate Chris Stolle is Patron of HB 1450. He and Senator McWaters have submitted legislation calling for a referendum for voters to increase our local sales tax to raise money for transportation funding in the region. As you may recall, voters in Hampton Roads rejected a regional sales tax referendum in 2002 by an overwhelming margin of 62% to 38%. We encourage you join us Monday evening to learn more about this bill. Please find attached the link to HB1450.

Distinction between conservation and environmentalism: The first means taking care to use natural resources without ruining them for the next person. The second says that mankind has no rights and suggests that any use of any natural resource causes damage. We must STOP AGENDA 21!
