Bill Bolling Announces he WILL NOT Run for Governor! Fellow Virginians, Bill Bolling finally made his decision on a run for Governor and he chose wisely. Bolling announced he will not run for Governor.  The news is fantastic for limited government minded residents of Virginia. Bolling running as an independent would have split the GOP ticket, possibly handing the win to Democrats in a stunning manner.
