Virginia, We Have a Problem Fellow Virginians, You know we've been hot on Bob McDonnell's tax hiking trail for several weeks now. Our new Virginia section at LibertyNEWS.com has a good snapshot of our reporting on the matter. Unfortunately, we haven't seen the worst of it. As Jamie Radkte wrote on LibertyNEWS.com yesterday... Bob McDonnell is now asking Washington for approval of an internet tax! I kid you not. You see, McDonnell is positioned to approve a $6 BILLION dollar tax hike on Virginia taxpayers. The tax hikes will hit us on all fronts. Cars, property, sales... everything. But that wasn't enough. McDonnell wants an internet tax as the cherry on top. Problem is, an internet tax cannot pass without the permission of Congress. So, against all logic, a GOP Governor is now going to have to beg the big spending ilk in Congress for tax hikes. Unbelievable. Click here to read our full report on this. ++ BOB MCDONNELL USING BIG MONEY PAC TO SELL PLAN In related news, we've discovered online ads paid for by McDonnell's big money PAC. The ads are linking to a site that attempts to sell Virginians on the record tax hike. Click here to view the ads McDonnell is directing big money to. ++BREAKING: IS BOB MCDONNELL THE NEW NANCY PELOSI? Apparently McDonnell wanted to pass the bill so we could find out what's in it. And apparently, he didn't even know and is only just now reading the bill they passed. ++ARE YOU A WRITER OR A CITIZEN JOURNALIST LOOKING TO WRITE ABOUT VIRGINIA POLITICS?
